Jordan was born and raised in McKinney, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University where he majored in Exercise Physiology. After graduation, he moved to Houston, TX to attend Baylor College of Medicine. During his 4th year of medical school, he married his wife, Julia. He and Julia were drawn to Chattanooga after visiting local friends and seeing the city first hand. After visiting, Jordan completed an away rotation at UTCOM Chattanooga and felt like it would be a great fit for residency training. Outside of the hospital, he enjoys CrossFit, paddleboarding on the Tennessee River, watching Aggie Football, riding horses, and playing with his two dogs, Blue and Rip.
